Actually Singapore never on my ideal travel list, but b/c I took my mom with me on this trip, who had done both TKR. To consider her condition, I decided to visit Singapore where has great public transportation network.PDFslideshow-Singapore

24th March
Taipei ~ Singapore
Chijmes, a Gothic-style chapel, was completed in 1904.
Gardens by the Bay, is a park of reclaimed land, opened in 2012; only visiting one conservatory – Flower Dome, b/c Cloud Forest was closed for maintenance. Supertree Grove – solar powered vertical gardens, the night lighting show(Garden Rhapsody) was mesmerizing.
25th
Jurong Bird park, across 400 bird species in the Park, quite astonishing.
Spectacular light and water show at Marina Bay Sands.
26th
Singapore Flyer, opened in 2008, height of 165 m (42 stories), a peaceful ride with nice view.
S.E.A. Aquarium, Sentisa, opened in 2012, more than 800 marine animals species.
Crane Dance, unfortunately under maintenance, so only see the 2 cranes doing some “stretches”.
27th
Masjid Sultan, one of the most important mosques in Singapore.
Heading home.
